Hz so good.

Got a seat on the Q this morning, plopped my bag down on the floor between my legs and set out to write out some brilliant ideas that would lead to great works of children’s literature…but my mind was blank and all I could think to do was draw what was right in front of me.

Here’s another thing I could spend the rest of my life trying to do: drawing the backs of things. This is back of the phone in my cubicle at my short-term animation job.

My mom called. She called and said that my latest blog posts were disturbing and that she was worried about my state of mind. Not that I was going crazy, just that I was unhappy. So I have made a wholesome and happy drawing to reassure her that I’m ok. Here it is:
