Its been a long time since I added to this series. This scruffy socket, mounted to a column in a dingy, florescent-lit waiting room in the Kings County Board of Ed, had a beleaguered yet vigilant quality to it. I hope it appreciated the attention.

I like drawing the backs of things, the parts of products that aren’t meant to be seen on a regular basis. I did this drawing a few weeks ago, and now I can’t remember what body part or accessory it actually is!

This one is mostly bathroom garbage. You can see the toilet paper tube on the right (hmmm, that should have been recycled). Click here to see the eBay auction. Last week’s painting is also still available.

I didn’t get to post yesterday because Julie and Milo and I were in New Jersey installing Julie’s show at Tomasulo Gallery on the Union County College Campus.
